Priser och betalning

Varje vara anges med pris inklusive moms. I kundvagnen kan man se det totala priset inklusive alla avgifter, moms, frakt och betalning.

Betalningsvillkor finns angiven i kundvagnen beroende av valt betalningssätt.

Fraktvillkor finns angiven i kundvagnen beroende av valt fraktsätt.

 

Ångerrätt

Som konsument (privatperson) har du 14 dagars ångerrätt från det att du har tagit emot en vara vi har skickat till dig.

För att Du skall kunna nyttja din ångerrätt måste du returnera varan i nyskick. Vid nyttjande av ångerrätten är det du som står för returkostnaden.

Du har alltid rätt att öppna förpackningen så att du kan undersöka varan. Varan får inte vara använd och måste gå att sälja igen som ny till nästa kund.

Du bestämmer själv om du vill byta varan eller få pengarna tillbaka.

Återbetalning sker inom 30 dagar från det att varan mottagits av oss. 

Om du vill lämna tillbaka en vara kontakta alltid oss på info@jempapempa.se inom 14 dagar från den dag då ni tog emot varan.  

 

Ändra storlek

Vi justerar storleken på smyckena gratis. Du står för fraktkostnaderna. Behöver du ändra storlek kontakt oss på info@jempapempa.se

 

När du lägger din beställning hos oss uppger du dina personuppgifter. I samband med din registrering och beställning godkänner du att vi lagrar och använder dina uppgifter i vår verksamhet för att fullfölja avtalet gentemot dig.

Du har enligt Personuppgiftslagen rätt att få den information som vi har registrerat om dig. Om den är felaktig, ofullständig eller irrelevant kan du begära att informationen ska rättas eller tas bort. Kontakta oss i så fall via e-post på info@jempapempa.se .

 

Leveranstiden anges i kundvagnen under respektive fraktsätt. Om en vara har avvikande leveranstid står det angivet vid respektive vara.

 

Ej hämtade varor returneras till oss. För alla paket som inte löses ut förbehåller vi oss rätten att debitera dig kostnader för returfrakt, expeditionsavgift och hanteringsavgift, för närvarande 150:-

 

Returer sker på din egen bekostnad utom om varan är defekt eller om vi har packat fel. Returer ska skickas som brev eller paket, inte mot postförskott. Vid byten betalar vi den nya frakten från oss till dig.

När du utnyttjat din ångerrätt ska du sända eller lämna tillbaka den till oss.

 

Vi ska, om du utnyttjat din ångerrätt, betala tillbaka vad du har betalat för varan snarast eller senast inom 30 dagar från den dag då vi tog emot varan. Du får själv betala returkostnaderna när du sänder tillbaka varan. Vi betalar alltid returkostnaden för att sända tillbaka så kallade ersättningsvaror.

General

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Jennies smycken och stenar and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Jennies smycken och stenar, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Jennies smycken och stenar.

 

Price and Payment

Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.

 

Delivery

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. If a service/product has another delivery time than expressed in the shopping cart, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual services/products.

In case Jennies smycken och stenar has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Jennies smycken och stenar have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Jennies smycken och stenar.

 

Unclaimed packages

If you have chosen to pay by COD (Cash on Delivery) your delivery will be held for you by the local post office for four weeks. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.

 

Returning products/services

Returning a service/product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. In case of a trade, [STORE NAME] will pay for the delivery of the replacement product/service. When you have applied the return policy you shall: -in the case of a product: return the product personally or by mail to us. -in the case of a service: make the material available to us, unless this poses significant stress to your person.

 

Return Policy

[STORE NAME] return period is 14 days.

 

[STORE NAME] shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product. [STORE NAME] will pay to send replacement products and/or services.

 

In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day [STORE NAME] have informed you about the product.

 

You do not qualify for our return policy if:

 

The service you have bought was commenced with your consent during the return period.

The price of the service purchased fluctuates with the financial market (ie Stock options).

Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.

The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.

 

When returning a product/service:

 

You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered.

You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Privacy Policy

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Force Majeure

[STORE NAME] is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
